Copthorne has a well equipped fitted kitchen with a separate dining area to one end. An archway leads through to a comfortable lounge. The bathroom is tastefully decorated with coordinating wall and floor tiles, a white bathroom suite, with an electric shower over the bath. The three bedrooms are double, twin and bunked.
The lawn extend around the property and there is a summerhouse in the garden including a BBQ and garden furniture.
