Charming fisherman's cottage, at the end of a row of four in quiet AONB. Walk to beach, coastal path and ferry to St Mawes.
Downstairs: Sitting room, dining room and cottage kitchen with usual appliances. Converted outhouse with shower, second loo and basin.
Upstairs: Three bedrooms with new beds for 2007. Two front bedrooms, 5' double and 2 x singles. Third small bedroom at back with bunk beds. Travel cot available. Bathroom with bath, basin and loo and an electric towel rail.
Enclosed garden perfect for families to enjoy. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided.
