six miles north of Newquay. Sand Dunes Cottage Flats enjoy the unique
position of being right on the beach and have an entirely un-opposed view
across the beach and out to sea. All main rooms face the sea, and four of
the flats have their own patios in our private garden adjoining the beach.

stretch of golden sand, rock pools for children and excellent surfing. The
