It is in a quiet location in the beautiful South Cornish seaside town of St Mawes. There are distance sea views of St Anthony Head, and the pretty harbour with shops, hotels, and pubs are a short 5 minute walk away. Near the harbour are safe beaches, excellent sailing and boating facilities with a regular ferry service to Falmouth.
The cottage offers 1 double, 2 twin, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, hall, cosy sitting room with open fire, kitchen/dining room.
