A comfortable, modernised croft house, overlooking Inverkirkaig Bay, an attractive sea loch, and near to an interesting tidal beach. The cottage is not overlooked by any of the other houses around the bay. Approaching from Lochinver villiage go south for 3 miles approx. It is the first house on the left hand side after passing the 'Inverkirkaig' road-sign. The house number is on the 'Dolphin' gate. It is ideally situated for hill-walking, fishing, touring, studying birds and other wildlife. In the event of cancellation if the cottage is let the deposit is returned but if it is not re-let the person cancelling remains liable for the balance of the rent.
		This Cottage offers: Two bedrooms, One twin room and one double. Sitting room with sun lounge, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with separate shower.
