| Tarbat
View is a former fisherman's cottage, magnificently located on
the harbourfront, at the mouth of the river Helmsdale. Its
southerly aspect provides breathtaking views of the small working
harbour, Moray Firth and the mountains beyond. The views from the
cottage never fail to impress. The cottage has one large bedroom which contains a double and single bed. The large lounge is equipped with a solid fuel stove (coal and logs provided) which provides ample warmth. The kitchen is well equipped including fridge,freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The bathroom includes a seperate shower unit as well as bath. Towels, bedding, coal, firewood and electricity are included. Helmsdale provides some of the finest salmon and sea trout fishing in Britain and permits are available for weekly or daily fishing. |
