Tiree is a peaceful island on the west coast surrounded with beaches. Travel there by flights from Glasgow or ferry from Oban. There is 2 hotels and 2 restaurants . The cottage has 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom with additional folding bed.
This traditional style West Coast cottage has been recently renovated. The style of building allows it to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is kept to a high standard of decor and is well equipped throughout. Heating is either by electric heaters or by coal fire. The water is heated by immersion.
Approximately 1.3 miles from ferry terminal and 0.7 miles from Scarinish village toward Crossapoll. The cottage is on the right of a group of 3, sitting on the roadside and is 200 yards from the beach.
The 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 4 (no bed linen or towels supplied) and is ideal family accommodation, so we insist on no pets and a non smoking policy.
