Honest 4 minutes walk to beach with sand, pebbles, and rock pools (shrimping nets in cupboard!). North Devon Coast Path crosses village for spectacular walks. Very well equipped and furnished including video recorder, satellite television, cd player, radio and washing/drying machine. Own garden.
