Fantastic large house set in over an acre of beautiful wooded  gardens on the edge of Budleigh. Agatha Christie was once a regular visitor. The house sleeps 12 comfortably. Fabulous open fire, snooker/dining room. 15 minutes walk along Devon lanes to the beach. The river Otter is 15 minutes walk away. 
Sailing/windsurfing/kitesurfing in Exmouth. Mountain biking a few minutes ride from the door over Woodbury Common.
