terraced cottage on Roundham Head, approximately 75 metres from Paignton
Harbour. The harbour is still used by working shell fishermen and also
offers diving, sailing courses, angling, pleasure trips and ferries to both Torquay and
Brixham. Close to Beaches, shops, restaurants/ cafes, multiplex cinema, pitch and putt course and coastal walk, to town centre shops and the steam train service to Kingswear and Dartmouth.
