Superbly located cottage near beautiful Broads. Conveniently situated for Lowestoft's award winning sandy beaches. A comfortable holiday base for those who like to be near water. Oulton Broad has many activities that can be enjoyed such as boat trips, boat hire, water sports, fishing and speed boat racing most Thursday evenings. Within easy walking distance there are several waterside bars and restaurants. The seaside resort of Lowestoft is two miles away, Southwold ten miles. The historical market towns of Beccles, Bungay, Norwich and its castle museum and Dunwich are all within easy driving distance.
The Broads are a few minutes walk from the cottage, a large park with childrens play area, outdoor swimming pool, cafe and tennis courts is beside it. A good range of small shops, post office and banks are within close walking distance
