Overseas Visitors 
The majority of the properties are within approx 5 hours travelling by car from major airports and ports and many much nearer. Do not hesitate to ask the property owners for advice on your travelling arrangements.

Near the sea?
We are informed that all cottages are within 10 miles of the coast as the crow flies, however, they may be further by road. Distance from the sea is specified with each property entry.

Accommodation
Standards and descriptions of accommodation are supplied by the owners and have not been verified by us. We would therefore recommend you discuss your requirements with them. Where ratings are given these are also supplied by the owners.

It is essential that you check direct with the owners that your own requirements can be met before making bookings in case of changes etc.

Dogs
Details in the heading indicate if dogs are allowed.
Please respect the owners properties and do not allow your dog on furniture or beds.
If the owner allows only one dog please respect this.

Non smoking properties are indicated in the heading.

Insurance
It is recommended that you take out a cancellation insurance policy. Remember that you enter into a legally binding contract with the property owner when you book accommodation. This means you may be liable for the full amount if your holiday has to be shortened or cancelled

Pricing
The prices shown here, whilst correct at time of publishing, are subject to variation and as such should only be used as a guide. We strongly recommend you verify all costs with the owner at the time of booking your accommodation.

Bookings
We recommend that you check all details, requirements and prices with the owner including:

• the accommodation you need
• arrival and departure dates and times
• the number of people in your party, together with ages of any children
• special requirements (high chairs or cots, for example)
• whether bed linen is supplied and if so, the cost.
• Car parking  

We strongly advise you to confirm your bookings in writing
